Building the "Pond"

Here's a brief overview of the making of the pond. It was started on Dec 11th, 2002 and the bulk of it was finished on Jan 11th, 2003. The contractor came back in June to do final grading, to build up the breastworks that had settled, and to build a peninsula. Click on any picture for a bigger view.
